Manuscript Submission for INCOM 2026 is now open

Full length papers (4 pages maximum) reporting original unpublished work that have not been submitted elsewhere for publication are invited from prospective authors. The tracks of the Conference are provided under Call for Papers. 

  • All papers must be in strict conformity with the template provided. Manuscripts not conforming to the prescribed format will not be considered for further processing. Prospective authors are requested to download the editable template and formatting guidelines. 

  • ​The similarity index (iThenticate/Turnitin) of the submitted manuscripts should be less than 20%

  • ​All submissions must be through the Google-form provided in the submit button given below. Authors are requested not to submit manuscripts through e-mail.

  • Select papers from the conference will be published by Springer as a proceedings book volume.

  • Springer will conduct quality checks on the accepted papers and only papers that pass these checks will be published.

  • Springer Nature does not charge any money for publication of Non-Open Access content. Abstracts/extended abstracts and short papers (less than 4 pages) are not considered for publication.

Call for Papers

The Department of Mechanical Engineering is pleased to invite researchers, academicians, industry professionals, scholars, and students to submit their original and innovative research contributions to an upcoming international conference. This event aims to foster the exchange of cutting-edge ideas and advancements in mechanical engineering and its associated interdisciplinary areas.

The conference will serve as a platform for intellectual discourse, encouraging participants to share their high-quality, original research papers. Submission Process

Detailed guidelines for the submission process, including the paper format and templates, are provided here. Submissions will undergo a rigorous blind peer-review process conducted by a panel of highly qualified reviewers. The criteria for acceptance include research quality, originality, technical merit, and relevance to the conference themes.Accepted and registered papers will be published in the conference proceedings, complete with an ISBN. In addition, selected papers will be considered for publication in reputable international journals or book series, ensuring that participants’ contributions gain broad recognition within the global research community.
